Preferred Tipping Methods

At Lulu's Nail Spa & Boutique, we truly appreciate your generosity in tipping our hardworking nail technicians. To ensure they receive the full amount of your kindness, we kindly encourage tips in Cash, Venmo, or Zelle whenever possible. This helps our team avoid unnecessary fees and receive their tips directly. Each technician has a personal QR code available for easy digital tipping. Thank you for your support and for making our salon a wonderful place to relax and indulge.

Refund Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality and eco-friendly nail services. To ensure customer satisfaction, we stand behind our work while maintaining a fair policy.

We do not offer refunds on any services. However, we are committed to ensuring you leave happy with your experience.

If you experience any issues, we offer a complimentary fix within the following grace periods:

  • Regular Polish: 3-day grace period

  • Gel Polish: 5-day grace period

 

If you notice a problem, please reach out to us within the timeframe and send us a photo. We'll gladly schedule a time to take care of it. Please note that our guarantee covers only technical issues, not damage from normal wear and tear or personal activities.​
