To our valued Lulu's customers and community,
We're so excited to be back and able to welcome you into our spa!
To ensure compliance with all governing agencies, including the Board of Barbering & Cosmetology, here are some of the changes we have implemented:
Appointments are required for all services in order to manage a limited spa capacity and can be booked online.
You must be symptom-free and in good health before coming to your appointment. If for any reason you do not feel well, please contact us immediately to reschedule.
Masks or facial coverings are required and must be worn throughout your service(s).
We are temporarily suspending our complimentary beverage service.
All customers will be spaced out appropriately to comply with social distancing.
Customers must sign our waiver acknowledging a lack of symptoms and releasing liability before any service(s) may begin.
We increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting tables, chairs, doorknobs, and other regularly touched surfaces.
Employees are being encouraged to stay home and take care of themselves if they do not feel well.
Our ultimate goal is to create a safe environment allowing you a moment of relaxation in your day.
